Golf Performance Group Membership Cancellation Policy
We are committed to providing you with the best coaching and resources to improve your game. Because our training programs are built on consistency and structured practice, we require a 30-day written notice to cancel any recurring monthly membership or academy program.
-
How to Cancel: To initiate a cancellation, please submit your request in writing by emailing us at info@gpghouston.com. Cancellation requests made verbally or via social media messaging will not be considered official notice.
-
Notice Period & Final Billing: Your 30-day notice period begins on the date your email is received. If your standard billing date falls within this 30-day window, your account will be charged for one final month.
-
Continued Access: You will retain full access to your membership benefits, indoor/outdoor practice bays, and the golf simulator through the end of your final paid billing cycle.
-
Minimum Commitment: Please note that our monthly training programs require an initial 3-month minimum commitment. If a cancellation notice is submitted before this initial term is completed, the cancellation will automatically take effect at the end of the third month. No prorated refunds will be issued for early withdrawal.
We value both your time and our coaches’ time. If you need to cancel or reschedule a private lesson, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with more than 24 hours’ notice will incur no penalty.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full lesson rate (or result in the forfeiture of that lesson if using a package).
Please contact your coach directly or email info@gpghouston.com to adjust your booking.
