Online booking calendar
- Each lesson must be on appropriate event type in Calendly
- Train your students to use Calendly to reserve their private lesson and team training spots.
- New students pay reservation fee to reserve spot, remainder of fee due at time of lesson. Students on lesson packages will have private link to book their lessons, that does not require pre payment.
- Must book person into slot before the time of event
- Integrate with google calendar provided by GPG to block/unblock based on your availability
- Check calendar regularly to keep up with online bookings
Using CoachNow For Student Communication, Lesson Videos & Notes
Coaches and students are able to book all lesson appointments through their online link provided by Calendly, ie https://calendly.com/jjwoodgolf
GPG will use the Team Calendly for new customers on website. “Game Evaluations” for new customers will be booked with coaches through a round-robin format based on the coach type the customer selects and the availability of the coaches.
